“I want to thank the NAB Leadership Foundation for the investment you made in my life. The other day, I helped my dad install a fan in our transmitter when we were at low power. We fired it up and it ran beautifully. You got me involved in that part of radio. I learned a lot from each of your personalities, your professionalism and your hard work, and I enjoyed every conversation I had with each of you.

A person's journey consists of caring people contributing to the whole of that person. Thank you for the time, work, opportunities, insights, encouragement, presentations and care you gave. I loved every minute being a part of the program! Thank you for the vision you had for me, my brother and everyone else you've helped through your work.”

“By participating in the Technology Apprenticeship Program, I was exposed to the current technology and technology advancements that are available in the broadcasting industry. This program helped me realize what I wanted to do with my career and how I can be a participant in the future of broadcasting. I didn’t realize how much technology is involved in radio and television until I was a part of this program. My summer apprenticeship really gave me the hands-on experience I need and helped me decide what I wanted to do for my career. I use the skills I learned during this program just about every day at my current job.”
