Beth Neuhoff is the President and CEO of Neuhoff Communications, a privately held broadcast television, radio and digital media company focused on small-to mid-size communities. Since her hire by the NCI Investor Group and taking command of the company in August 2012, Elizabeth has dramatically expanded operations and improved the company’s value.

A 2013 participant of the NABLF’s signature program, the Broadcast Leadership Training (BLT), Ms. Neuhoff is recognized for her innovative approach to small market broadcasting. “BLT and the NABLF have been fundamental in my company’s ability to consistently overachieve. The 250 plus BLT graduates have formed a network focused on moving the broadcast industry forward as a whole with an understanding that we must each ‘pay it forward’,” Neuhoff said.

A proven leader in the broadcast industry, Beth’s previous role was Executive Vice President of the Midwest division of Interep, a publicly held national media sales and marketing firm. She oversaw all sales activity across five major cities while working with the nation’s largest advertising agencies to create dynamic and memorable media campaigns.

Ms. Neuhoff has extensive not-for-profit board experience and currently serves on the boards of the Broadcaster’s Foundation of America, the Jupiter Medical Center Foundation, the Martha’s Vineyard Preservation Trust and is immediate past Chair of the Palm Beach Infectious Disease Institute. Additionally she is on the Legacy Board of Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, a national organization, and was honored for her creation of the “Wear the Bear for Kids with Cancer” campaign with the William J. Casey Hope Award.

Her professional affiliations include the Young President’s Organization (YPO), the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), the Radio Advertising Bureau, the Illinois Broadcasters, the Idaho Broadcasters, Ellevate (formerly 85 Broads), the International Women’s Forum, and the Alliance for Women in Media. Additionally she was recently named as one of the “Most Influential Women in Radio” by Radio Ink magazine and was a finalist for “Best Broadcaster in America” at the 2014 Radio Show.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Ms. Neuhoff resides in Jupiter, Florida.
