Who can participate in this program?

The Broadcast Leadership Training program is targeted to senior level broadcast managers of proven ability who aspire to advance as group executives or station owners. It can also help successful entrepreneurs in other industries who wish to make the transition to broadcasting. While no specific prerequisites apply, previous station management or related experience is helpful as is past attendance at other industry management programs. All participants should have budgeting and personnel management experience.
