The Broadcast Leadership Training (BLT) is the industry’s premier, executive MBA-style program designed to prepare senior-level managers for advanced roles at their station and beyond. Participants will gain the skills and experience to move into the C-suite, oversee business operations and learn how to navigate our rapidly evolving marketplace.
Classes are intentionally kept small to foster discussion, collaboration and stronger communication with the faculty. The program takes place one weekend per month in Washington, D.C., from September through June. Select live online and on-demand sessions may also be integrated into the schedule.
